UPDATED - Do not use ... any issues do not get resolved!
Took 4 payments all for the same product. Request a refund on 3 of them (as they were duplicates). I'm still waiting for a refund way over 1 month - customer services take ages to respond. They should just be able to issue a refund and not take well over a month to do! UPDATE - If I could give minus figures I would. They finally replied to me to which I responded on 11/11/23 ... no reply on 15/11/23 ... now it's 17/11/23 still no reply. ANYONE EVEN THINKING ABOUT GOING WITH THIS COMPANY FOR HOSTING, EMAILS, DOMAINS - DO NOT DO THIS! You'll regret it.
