Very Disappointed at Incompetance or worse?
My ordered was made on 14 Feb 2015, I got an email to say it was shipped on the 16th Feb 2015. I have waited patiently and yesterday 16 Mar 2015 I used the chat facility to ask where my order was. They promised I would get an email which reads: Hello, Thank you for the e-mail. I'm happy to hear you received your order. Enjoy! If you have a minute, and would like to leave us feedback, please feel free to visit the following page: .............trustpilot etc Please enter code astro50 to save 5% off your entire purchase. Please email us back if you require any further assistance So I am following the request and leaving feedback! and contacting astro for further assistance - I will let you know how I get on......... TWO DAYS LATER:- I have sent them 2 emails now and been ignored. Seems like they are to be avoided at all costs, sadly.
