First, I will say the response from Life Assure is immediate when the “help” button is pushed. What I would like to see is exactly when the alarm is off the cradle. As someone who monitors my mother at times from the app, it appears she is not wearing the alarm but my sister who is with my mom says she is?? The “Location” Will end at say number 10 and I have to hit it a few times to see where number 1 is.
