Jo Goddard Sales Progressor
My mother was selling her house and as her daughter it was me responsibility to deal with estate agents, solicitors and sales progressors. The process took over 7 months. All the people at Charters Estate Agents were very professional and helpful at all times. However the most outstanding support and help came from Jo Goddard the sales progressor. Throughout the whole time she was always there answering any questions, she called me every week for an update and to check if I was okay. Always knew she was there and made what was a very stressful experience much much easier
