Not welcome…
I was a member at Nuffield Health Paddington with my disabled partner and we ended our membership because we weren’t allowed to park in the parking garage anymore. When I tried to rejoin I was no longer welcome because of making allegations against the staff members which were that they told us we could park in the private parking with my partner’s disabled badge, which is true. This is a total miscarriage of justice. We didn’t realise it was illegal to park and we didn’t mean to make any allegations. Now because of the staff we are no longer allowed to be members. I’ve gone through the formal complaints procedure to no avail.
