A very good experience - I will use them again for my next trip
Communication with the staff at Intrepid - pre and post trip booking - was very good. They were responsive to my questions when I called. E-mail responses took a bit longer but they did get back to me. The guide for our trip was young and enthusiastic. I have a lot of takeaways for my next trip. It would've been nice if they had made it clear that the "extra" costs for side trips was something that we would have to do on our own. The site provides the cost of the excursions/activities that are not included. I expected arrangements for the members who wanted to participate in the extras. I will travel with Intrepid again. I was very impressed overall.
