Good system, suburban coverage is thin

The platform itself is solid and I appreciate the distance-based fee structure — longer hauls actually pay fairly instead of getting penalized for being far out. That said, I'm working the outer suburbs of Phoenix and the order density out here is still pretty sparse. I'll sometimes go 40 minutes between pings. I know it's a newer market but it's hard to commit full days when there are gaps like that. When orders do come in, the live tracking for customers cuts down on 'where is my order' calls dramatically.
