So impressed with Frank every step of the way. From the great website that was so easy to navigate with informed descriptions of the condition of the phones on offer, the excellent communication that advised me when they’d received my order, packaged & sent it to when it was delivered securely & thoughtfully packed....the level of service was amazing. Although I selected a phone with ‘character’ it arrived in far better condition than I expected & I’m very happy. I’ve already recommended Frank to family & friends & would not hesitate to buy from them again.
