This company gave me an erroneous…
This company gave me an erroneous transfer and I am not going to let this go. My Energy supplier has given me a very large bill. I sent them an email which they have ignored. I sent them a recorded track and trace letter, I had to have it redelivered TWICE. It will be redelivered if they don't accept it. I have taken screenshots of everything. This company have shown they are disreputable, leaving me no choice but to take court action agaist them. They have 14 days, some of which has started, to give me a copy of the telephone conversations, as stated in my letter. This company has to take responsibility for their actions. I never said they switched me to E'ON. I believed it when I was told I would get a better Warm Home Discount from PFP, only to find PFP Energy didn't do ANY Warm Home Discount, and this company have the nerve to put the blame of this erroneous transfer on me, for believing them, now saying it was with my approval ? And then tell me they can do nothing about it? I advise everyone to stay clear of this company. It wasn't me who called them, they called Me and Lied. They gave me a paltry £20 at the time I complained, but that was Before I received a bill for a few Hundred Pounds from my Supplier who I unknowingly happened to still be with, and this company want to just wash their hands of this? I was told the man who called and lied to me had been disciplined, and now they say they weren't at fault and think they can blame me? No, it doesn't work like that, misrepresentation is misrepresentation, it is unlawful. DID I SAY YOU HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH MY SUPPLIER?? NO I Did NOT, and it is Not True that PFP let me go when I told them. Te Energy Ombudsman told them to give me more money, they said they had; they lied too - I checked with my bank. All you have written is a word salad. You will have to take responsibility for the erroneous transfer and my LOSS. GIVE ME A REASON WHY I SHOULD HAVE TO PAY A LARGE BILL WHEN YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR GIVING ME AN ERRONEOUS TRANSFER?? THIS IS THE 3RD REDELIVERY An email received from Utility Savings: Hello Heather, Hope you are in the best of health We have responded to you calls we have done what we can from our side. If you are trying to contact ombudsman that’s the best solution and they will deal with the relevant companies to rectify. We have trie our best by apologising several times and now 6 months later you are contacting us for a supplier we never switched you for like explained we have nothing to do with Eon. If your feel we have not done anything to satisfy yourself you are more than welcome to take it up with ombudsman and we will deal directly with them. You Did NOT CANCEL WITH PFP. I WAS WITH PFP ERRONEOULY FOR OVER 2 MONTHS AFTER TELLING THEM WITHIN DAYS I COULD NOT BE WITH THEM. STOP PLACING THE RESPONSIBILITY WITH E'ON, it is YOU, Utility Savings who did this to me Thank you once again Regards James MISREPRESENTATION ACT 1967 This disreputable company have not taken delivery of 3 redeliveries of my recorded delivery letter. 'The sale was submitted with your approval by our agent which we have a full recording of. Lastly the supplier switched from our organisation was PFP Energy who have now ceased trading. We did not switch you to Eon.'' I have written to them asking to be sent the recording, and did they reply? NO SEND ME THE RECORDING I have now downloaded a court form, you have ignored/not accepted 4 recorded delivery letters, the Royal Mail have told me they couldn't deliver them and ignored my last my last email to you. I am taking you to court, I am not going to pay hundreds of pounds for an erroneous transfer from you. I will claim the money from you for messing up my bill and costs for emotional distress that this has caused me, costs to send the papers to court. This has been going on for a year, I have given you more than enough time to respond and you have ignored me, do NOT ignore this Letter Before Action. I have had Enough. REFUNDED ME? I had never paid you, you tell e you REFUNDED ME??? why would I pay a BROKER? You mean, gave me 20 Pounds, you only wanted to pay me 10 pounds. NOW I have a bill for a few hundred pounds, You gave me an erroneous transfer to PFP ENERGY telling me they did a better Warm Home Discount when in Fact they did NO Warm Home Discount and I was calling and emailing them every day for WEEKS, so YOU will pay my Bill to E'ON and compensate me. You did This to me. You will be hearing from the COURT. And NO, you did not Stop the ERRONEOUS TRANSFER. You told me you had listened to the call and the man would be DISCIPLINED. This was NOT a Sale as you would like Others to believe, See, I am right, you Lied.
