Another terrible Anaconda experience
Like the many complaints here about the click-and-collect function on the site being a nightmare, so is mine. The site automatically makes it a home delivery and charges you for it. When you call the helpline they say it is my fault and nothing can be done as it has shipped. Pick your game up Anaconda this is a terrible way to do business and borders on dishonesty. I am truly sorry I spent my money here now.
