My experience was great because you responded to my concerns expediently. I was at first a little upset with all the questions I was asked before I was able to get service, but, on second thought, I suppose they were necessary for you to get to the root of the problem and to know that my problem warranted attention. Of course, for me, having the problem is overwhelming and I just needed immediate action. However, after getting through this part, I received quick & professional service - well done. Thank you!
