I thoroughly enjoyed my first Tour …
I thoroughly enjoyed my first Tour group experience. Having been a very experienced independent traveler, I didn't think I would like being in the control of others but the itinerary was far more extensive than anything I would have put together myself. Our tour leader, James, was simply outstanding. He was so very knowledgeable, had great "classroom management" skills and enjoyed giving life to the sights with his theatrical skills. The hotels ranged from adequate to wonderful but all were exceptionally well located for walking tours. The food was as good as can be expected for serving 40 people at the same time. Logistics were totally and competently handled. I could not recommend the trip highly enough!
