My experience of the PT workshop
I just finished attending the PT Coaching Workshop with Stuart. It was incredibly insightful and we learnt a lot of practical skills. He had a smile on his face throughout the entire 8-hour practical and he answered any question we had. You could see his passion for the industry and how good of a listener he is. The course is very insightful and it will teach you every tool you need to be a great personal traines. Nobody can learn for you, so effort is required, but I believe Future Fit is doing their part very well.
