Auto union gives car to people to their own pleusure
I traveled to Samosa 2 times, 2 weeks apart. near samos vathy port pier. The gentleman who works at your branch, whose name is giannis notaras on the card he gives, decides according to his own pleasure to whom he will rent the vehicles. On our first visit, we rented a motorbike for 2 days and a car for 1 day. First he said he didn't have a car. When we came back a little later, we saw that he had rented a car to another family. When we asked the family, they were told that there is a vehicle for us. When we realized it, we had to rent a vehicle for us. because it was raining, he demanded more than the previous day. On our second visit, he told me that there was no vehicle, even though I was in the front row. He said to the family who came after me, wait, let me ask my friend. I asked him why he didn't do the same questioning for me. He said he did not know how many vehicles would be delivered in the evening. I also asked if the vehicle delivery days are certain in their system. Don't put pressure on me, if I say there is no vehicle, he said there is none. I told him that I would report him. He said I couldn't do anything because I didn't have any documents. I don't find it right to work in such a big car rental company for someone who is disrespectful and increases the price according to his/her own pleasure, or who decides to rent the car according to his/her own pleasure. I will never rent a car from your company again but if someone more honest works why not
