We were happier with Chase Independent
Before our previous estate agent merged with John Shepard we used to receive regular inspection reports, this is no longer the case since the merge. We were shocked to find the grass 4ft high and full of dandelions and the house filthy when there was a change of tenancy. Were the inspections actually being done? We were happier with the service we received from Chase Independent.
