First of all Steve is a nice guy to deal with, and makes it clear that he is available 24/7 should there be a problem. So coming from a motorcycle trials and emtb background, this bike fits nicely in between the two. Its a lot of fun, in full power mode, it is torquey, and has quite a punch that can catch you out if you are over enthusiastic with the throttle. It handles well, suspension is good, gives a smoother ride than my equally priced emtb, I am running Tubliss Gen2 in front/rear tyres, which means I can run lower pressures, so that certainly helps. For me I need handlebars with more rise, the brakes are not as good as my emtb, but do the job, being mtb based there are lots of upgrade options. It is a good quality, fun bike!
