Very bad with communication our contact…
Very bad with communication our contact was always off therefore we were always getting reply emails that she would be back in the office in a few days, usually after a long weekend . Or our emails were completely ignored, especially after the move there was no after care which we needed. I have now emailed the company to complain and ask for acknowledgement to my emails . If we moved again we would not use this company . Also after the move I had 7 calls on different occasions asking us how We would rate our experience!
