Document check process was thorough but slow

The selfie match and document verification is clearly more serious than other platforms I've used. Took about 36 hours to get approved, which felt long when I was eager to start. Once in, though, the one-time rider code system before trips begin gave me a real sense of security — no more 'wrong passenger' situations. Worth the wait I suppose.
