Thieving Liars!
Left this appalling company in July with a credit of £112 still owing to us on the gas account. Less then 14 days later we get a call from the credit control team asking how we were going to pay back the £50 owing on the electricity bill before they send in collection agency! Despite multiple calls, totalling over 10 hours, to their customer services and being lied to every time we still don't have the £60 balance back in the following January. Complaints department have ignored us and customer services just pretend to pass your call over to get rid of you. We've now reported them to the Energy Ombudsman as they are deliberately withholding the money now. Do not go near this company.
