Great estate agents. Fatmir and Craig (North Finchley) were excellent throughout the process. They were always available and provided a clear channel of communication between all parties involved in our purchase. Any discussion point through the transaction was dealt with in an articulate and mature way to ensure all parties were satisfied with the outcome. MG clearly took on board what we wanted in terms of viewing properties (style/age, size, garden, driveway etc) for our purchase and they tailored the properties they sent to us to match what we wanted/what we said we wanted from our search. We also saw a few properties with the MG Totteridge branch and James from there was just as helpful. Just by chance we have used Martyn Gerrard for both purchases (in 2019 and now 2024) and would recommend viewing properties with them following two great purchase experiences. They clearly pick up the mandates for good housing stock wherever they are based.
