Relatively Long Time Customer
I am a decently long time customer back to when it was called Agridime. Agridime was flawless. Shipped quickly, quality was unbeatable, and the website sold some other items like tallow candles that were cool. They did this bizarre change, can’t remember when, to American Grazed. If I remember correctly I couldn’t order from them for a couple of months. What came out of that is a product that is nowhere as good. Complaints: 1. Quality is not as good. I ordered 20 grass fed ribeyes a few months ago. No consistency in size, most were missing the cap, and just kind of tough. I won’t order again. 2. How can they not have grass fed ground beef!!! Ever. Are you kidding me. Grind up some chuck roasts good gosh 3. Packaging has gotten was worse. 50% of the packages have the deal broken. I am moving away from them.
