Excellent service for a bucket list holiday
We have recently returned from a trip to Rio de Janeiro, the Falkland Islands, South Georgia and Antarctica with Audley. Our adviser was with us all the way and regularly kept in touch by email or phone, even after we returned. We felt we could contact her with any questions about the trip and even if she was out of the office, other members of the team were very willing to help. The same trip the previous year had to be abandoned half way, for reasons beyond anyone's control and I can't thank Audley enough for the way they dealt with that. Thankfully all went to plan on the trip in November/December 2024. Customer Services, especially for the curtailed trip in 2023, was also excellent. The travel pack provided was very informative. I wouldn't hesitate booking another special holiday through Audley in the future.
