I would give 0 but not an option. Ordered wine as a gift on 12 27. Never heard on status. Wrote over the weekend to another email address vistawinespirits.com. all of a sudden I get an email yesterday that ordered ship and will be delivered 1 13. Today I get a notice that one item was not available and would be refunded. Joke. Follow up- they contacted me. Apologized and offered me a gift card for $19.99. Same amount as item that did not ship. So, let get this straight, they want me to buy a bottle of wine and spend $30 to ship to me? They need to change their tag line about being the "go to online store." And they need to contact customers when complete orders can be filled.
