POOR WEBSITE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I made an order for same day delivery. I then realized that I needed to add an item. Couldn't do it. Couldn't add to the order, couldn't cancel the order, no one to answer the phones, no voice mail, no email, and order confirmations are 'no reply' mail. Therefore I paid TWICE the delivery charge. Michaels was difficult, not even remotely helpful. I ended up eating the $10 because of the run around and LACK OF BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
