Been a member at Stoke Nuffield gym for many years in the last year I’ve never managed to get a routine in place if it isn’t for there being no hot water it has been personal reasons, well out of my contract my dads become very poorly given 3-6 months I’d cancelled the gym due to financial reasons as well. Manager emailed to say I needed to pay a full month if I was cancelling yet you can pause at anytime I asked for her to look at how much I have used the gym and I wasn’t aware of that The gym took me to a debt collector! I bet I have been 15 times max in a year of more!
