I am waiting for a response from MusicToday - been waiting over 2 weeks for a parcel which is about right as it's coming from the States to the UK. However, i've contacted them now 4 times and still heard nothing back despite being given a personal email address to use. I'm going to give them until Friday to respond and if i dont have a positive response I'm going to go on an email and internet rampage in the hope that the bands and other companies they represent take notice and move their business to a company who takes customer service seriously... With all the struggling businesses out there you think they'd be pleased they are still trading and do all they can to support their customers...
