I ordered 25 packs of Seabrook Peppa Pig snacks from Approved Food for my toddler and baby. When the order arrived, 20 out of 25 packs were already expired before they even dispatched them — totally unacceptable for food meant for young children. My toddler ate one before I realised and ended up with a stomach ache. The “customer service” person was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and basically told me it was my problem. They refused to give me a proper refund unless I paid to return expired, unsafe food for kids — unbelievable! They hide behind “best before” dates but don’t clearly say you can get stock that’s way expired. The delivery also took longer than promised. I would never order again — if you care about safety, especially for children, stay away from these scammers.
