My husband and I went in looking for some stuff for a craft project to help with my daughters marching band. Asked multiple associates for help looking for things and just sent us to a corner and told us thats our best bet. When it came to check out the cashier rang up my things and I noticed one item was rung up wrong so very nicely mentioned it and he asked.. "well do you want to talk to my manager". I said well i would like to pay the price that was listed. so he called one up. Manager fixed it and left quicker then he got there. Then the cashier asked me about their credit card I kept saying no.. we are looking to buy a house and he said he has had homebuyers get it and it didn't bothered their credit and kept asking even though I said no about 5 times. Then my husband noticed that the item that rung up wrong wasn't discounted like it was supposed to be. So he had to call the manager back up to discount the item. When the manager came back up he rudly informed me that the item rung up correctly that I didn't look at the right tag. And I replied maybe it wasn't in the right spot. He went to fix it and I felt so disrespected as a customer, that's when I walked out. I'm spending money in your store. And the lack of customer service was appalling. I have worked retail for over 25 years and would NEVER treat a customer that rudly. Ill keep going to Hobby Lobby! They love thier customers.
