Bad service
The bike I rented always had issues switching modes and turning lights on/off, then I had issues with the battery (and thus the bike) turning off randomly and they tried to blame me saying I was charging the battery for too long (which is not true. I never charged it for longer than what they told me to charge it for). Eventually I got tired of the persisting issues so I bought a different bike somewhere else and went to return this one. At the time of return I was blamed for breaking the battery which has a minor crack on the top end plastic bit, but they can’t prove the crack wasn’t there when they gave it to me the first time, or that they didn’t break it when they had it for a whole day for a service. They took photos of the bike before giving it to me, but conveniently they don't have photos of the battery condition. Their only "proof" that they gave it to me in perfect condition was: "It's a big no no for us to give a broken battery to someone, so it couldn't have been us". They say that the crack is not wear and tear either, that it could have only happened if someone dropped the battery, but i didn't drop it for sure, they can't prove they didn't, and I was charged $100 for battery repair costs. Ridiculous. The bikes for rent are wasted, noisy, and then you have to deal with all the nonsense, so if you can, just get your own bike or rent somewhere else.
