Bad company
Neat shoe designs, but customer service department is lacking. Had a size issue that they were unwilling to resolve. Edit: to your reply, a replacement cardboard shoebox costs $1, at most. I even offered to pay for a new shoebox for the inconvenience! I know you’re a small business, but I highly encourage you to sometimes just do the right thing. It’s a piece of cardboard.
