I have been a member of GHUTV since 2020-it is phenomenal! There is something for everyone and all fitness levels. Even the intermediate/advanced classes have modifications for low impact, etc. the trainers are wonderful and care deeply about the community. There is a community Facebook group that have many active members to answer all types of questions - the owner Chris Freytag also jumps in often into the Facebook page to answer questions as well as to Facebook live sessions that members can ask questions and get feedback interactively. The Gold membership has a weekly “live” class as week. There are a variety of preplanned calendars to choose from if you don’t want to have to decide which workout to do. You can also customize your own program. There is something for everyone! Highly recommend!!
