Shocking returns and customer service
While products are good, if there are any issues and you have to return you have no hope whatsoever!! Customer service is shocking!! They take a week to come back to you to even start the process, then tell you that you have to pay more than 50% of what the product costs to return, even if the issue was caused by them! Delivery is crap, given a delivered by date then no communication on when the products didn’t turn up or when they were going to. Couldn’t get hold of them to find out. Just not worth the bother when products are available elsewhere, save yourself hassle and don’t buy from this company
