Bad customer service

Went in to drop off an Amazon item. Amazon said I just needed to bring item in box to any UPS location (there one in this store. Says it right in front window) and let them scan my return from my phone. This women comes out because there was a small line. An elderly lady was in front of us. The Michaels employee asked the elderly lady if she was paying with credit card. She said yes and then employee told her she had to go to self checkout. The lady told her she wasn't comfortable doing that and wanted cashier to check her out and that she doesn't really know how to use them and needed help. Employee told her she can't and pointed to self checkout. I couldn't believe the way she was treating this elderly lady. I was with my sister and we were shocked. Employee then came to me to ask what help I needed. I told her I had a Amazon drop off. She proceeded to tell me they don't do that. It needed to be taped up with shipping label. I told her I have the email stating I just needed to drop it off and get it scanned. She said...no, we don't do that. I was taking out my phone to show her and she turned her back on me and walked away. I couldn't believe it!! This is the Tualatin Oregon store off of Newberg. So rude to customers.
