Don't recommend

I already had my energy from this company so I thought it would be easier to also get a phone number from them. BIG MISTAKE. I get the card and can't activate it, the instructions I got say I need to go to the website -> log in -> activate sim. But after clicking anything in the SIM category it just says I don't have any contract with them. The AI bot they have to help is the biggest reason. What sense does it make to give me a limit of words I can say to the AI. And to make it less then 2 sentences. I can't reach an employee at this time and I can type maximum 2 sentences to the AI help bot. It also completely forgets what I was talking about so explaining something in multiple messages is impossible. The bot won't even give me an email address when I can send my complaint to get a response in the morning. Oh, and the website doesn't even have a translate to english option. Since I'm not Dutch this doesn't make things easier. 1/10
