We paid for expedited service and it's going on a month now and we still haven't received the birth certificate and everytime we call to find out what's going on all we get is basically support saying "sorry not our problem" or "the expedited payment is only for our website not for the whole process including the health department in florida" they are stealing from people who are just trying to get their birth certificates so we can work will not be going thru this company again. Got told june 5th the birth certificate will be here in 10 business days and now being told the health department will be sending it out in minimum 2 weeks
