I visited aldi at mount waverley garden…
I visited aldi at mount waverley garden shop on friday 8th Jan. I found plenty aldi trolley outside aldi, took 1 $ trolley and finished my shopping. In side parking i could not find master trolley in aldi bays to return my trolly. I searched the whole parking lower and upper level. None of aldi bays had master trolley. So customers had to return the trolley to outside aldi shop to get the one $ back or leave the trolley and forget the one $. As this is a routine with aldi , my conclusion is aldi is purposely not leaving the master trolley inside bays so they dont need to pay somebody to return the trolleys. Good strategies to save money but very very unprofessinal towards customer service. I have reported the issue to the staff who just listened & seemed he already knew the issue.
