Appearance is not what I was expecting, misleading website
Uploading was easy, shipping was fast, quality is good, customer service was great when I needed to change the color of my frames, but I am NOT happy with the appearance. Frankly, I found the site to be misleading when choosing my product. I chose custom framed prints because I thought it was exactly that. Instead it was actually a canvas material with a raised texture. Definitely not what i wanted and when lights are on now that they’re hung, all you see is the raised texture. Totally takes away from the beautiful photos. They look dull and I am not happy with them. I would definitely not use this company again.
