My money's gone

I ordered an item. It turned out it was out of stock. I waited several weeks hoping it would be sent eventually. The item was not sent. I then cancelled the order, and asked for my money back. They acknowledged the cancellation, but I never got my money back. What can I say, It was a disappoining experience with this company.
