Counterfeit item confirmed by the original retailer – still no response I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Designer Exchange. I purchased an item from Designer Exchange which has since been confirmed as not authentic by the actual retailer/brand. This is extremely concerning and is not something I expected when purchasing through a business specialising in designer items. I have contacted Designer Exchange and have followed up with them multiple times over the course of several weeks. Despite repeatedly chasing them and giving them ample opportunity to respond, I am still yet to receive a proper response or resolution. I have evidence from the actual retailer confirming that the item is not authentic, yet Designer Exchange has failed to adequately address my concerns or provide a satisfactory explanation. The lack of communication has been extremely frustrating, particularly given the seriousness of the situation. I would expect a company selling designer goods to take authenticity concerns seriously and respond promptly when presented with evidence. I am leaving this review in the hope that Designer Exchange will finally acknowledge my correspondence, investigate what has happened, and resolve the matter appropriately.
