The data is not 4G but LTE - very slow
I changed to Mucho to have more data in CH and on roaming, but it turns out the connectivity is not 4G but LTE which is the previous version of 4G, so extremely slow for today's standards. I changed to Mucho only a week ago and I'm going to cancel my subscription ASAP. The information regarding LTE is, of course, never communicated to the customer when signing the contract. The customer service replies a bluff saying that LTE is the same as 4G, but no comments as to the slow speed and why.
