The communication between American Water Resources representative and the plumbing Company's that are contacted out to help customers is very bad!!! American Water Resources does't wait to hear from the plumbing Company's to confirm the date inwhich the plumbing Company's can come out to do the work. I couldn't use my toilet for 14 day because of lies and not getting clear and honest communication and that is after speaking with 10 representative from American Water Resources. I was lied to by representatives Miria and others regarding the date inwhich A Bailey plumbing Company's would be coming out to fix my plumbing problem.I called A Bailey myself to confirm the appointment A.Bailey plumbing told me that they could not confirm the appointment because they didn't have room on their schedule.On this survey if their was an option to not give American Water Resources a star that's what I would have done. Dealing with American Water Resources was a nightmare!!!! Louise Tonya Brown
