DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM PANEK
We arrived in Wroclaw from the UK having pre booked the car. We were asked if we had an international certificate which we didn’t so we were asked to pay for insurance which was unexpected but we took the person at the fest at face value. When we checked afterwards if that was needed we found out it was not because we had UK license. We tried to contact Panek both by phone and online but it proved impossible to talk to anyone. On our return we told another person at the desk about this and he told us to send a complaints email, which we did more than a month ago, requesting a refund, and so far have received neither an acknowledgment nor a reply.
