I was very disappointed with the lack of support with set up. It says response within 1 hour, but this has not happened at all. I paid for Premium and there was a delay yesterday in accessing the service which led to confusion. Then today I accidentally disconnected my child and I lost all access to Premium. I asked for a refund so if I make the decision to re-join I am not charged twice, I waited 2 hours and had no response and it's now closed. I have been charged for 4 months' access and have none, which is not right at all and I asked for a refund and had no response. I am hoping to hear tomorrow before having to go to my child's school and report this.
