On point engaging content- working this far
Content is easy to use and feels ‘on point’, good voice for hypnosis. I’m only 7 days in so yet to experience the long term outcomes, but thus far it’s kept me engaged each day and looking for it each day which is a good sign that the good habits it promotes will continue!
