So incredibly helpful
Oh my goodness! We just bought our house from our landlord and for some reason our account was cancelled. I noticed that our usual payments wasn't due to go out and had been a bit hit and miss for a couple of months (no payment then final charge). I check our account to see our account was cancelled almost 3 months ago and panicked thinking I am going to get a huge bill. I used the WhatsApp chat to speak to someone and they were absolutely amazing, extremely helpful, very quick to respond and got my account back up and running as usual. In a moment of panic, when you need answers and resolution straight away, they were there. Thank you so much Robyn!!!
