Excellent Customer Service My husband parked this morning without realising payment was required on entry, as he’s used to paying on exit at other car parks. He didn’t have the app and was rushing to get to work. I quickly paid for 24 hours and contacted the help chat. Whether it was a real person or automated, the response was reassuring — they confirmed the payment was noted and a fine would not be issued. It was a huge relief, and I really appreciated how easily the issue was resolved.
