Like so many insurance companies you never can tell!
Like so many insurance companies, it’s difficult to know how they perform until you need them. Unfortunately due to a health issue, I had to cancel my holiday, 2 days before travel. I received a claim form very quickly via email, completed it and sent it back immediately. So far I have had no update, (19 days ago) which is frustrating. After calling them 2 days ago, they informed me that it had not been passed to a claims handler and wouldn’t be for at least another 10 days. As it has just been peak holiday period, a delay would be expected but not having any update is annoying. I have no idea which way my claim will go but lack of communication has left me feeling nervous about Oasis.
