Exemplary Professionalism in Probate
In 2020, a family attempt to contest the administration of a Will took place. It was then established in 2023 that serious Professional Negligence was apparent in the writing of the Will document by the originally employed Solicitors. This needed a Professional Legal Response. A Barrister friend recommended Irwin Mitchell’s. Our case is being dealt with specifically by Jodie Buck assisted by her team of colleagues within the Will, Trust and Estate Disputes Department. Forensic standard research coupled with irrefutable evidence has been applied that has resulted in a much detailed response by Jodie to the company of insurers of the original Solicitors.
