Terrible company with very poor quality…
Terrible company with very poor quality products which shows no flexibility towards their customers. Avoid buying here. I bought my girlfriend some earrings, and in order to make sure they arrived on time, I ordered them early. When they my girlfriend unboxed them, it was immediately clear that the gold, €350 earrings were terrible quality. Not only did they weigh next to nothing, meaning very, very thin gold, they were very poorly made, with the solder lines clearly visible. I sent them back, and they arrived 2 days after their short 14 day return policy, and they refused to give me a refund, offering only a voucher. This would have been fine if the quality was not so poor. The inflexibility is like nothing I have ever experienced in retail. Better order from another brand, avoid these bandits at all costs.
