The booking process was frustrating…
The booking process was frustrating because it wouldn’t accept my email domain, forcing me to create a Gmail account to proceed. Additionally, my session kept timing out before I could complete the booking, which meant I had to restart the process for 5 passengers. If the experience starts like this, I can't help but wonder what to expect by the end of the trip.
